We walked from Trinity College, Dublin to the Studio which took us about 30 minutes. We arrived a few minutes early which gave us time to read about the memorabilia hanging on the walls.

Excellent experience (Must See) We went to Windmill Studios this weekend for our daughter’s 16th Birthday. From entering the door right through the tour we were made feel so welcome. The overall tour was so engaging and fun, so many iconic artists have recorded in this historic building.

Recently brought a group of TY students to the studio tour and can’t recommend it enough! Niall was excellent at making all aspects of the tour accessible to both music and non music students. The tour was very interactive and one student had the trip highlight of playing the studio’s Steinway piano. Will definitely be making this an annual trip in our school calendar.

A Dublin ‘Must Do’! We visited the studio not really knowing what to expect but we had our eyes (and ears) opened by how many world renowned artists had recorded there. We also found that a lot of film scores and movie and video scenes had been filmed inside the building. The tour covers all areas of the recording process and we would definitely recommend a visit.
