Backstage Pass Tour: 

By attending this/these event(s) you are accepting the following Terms & Conditions and  agreeing to be bound by them and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. 

• Minimum age 5 years (All minors to be accompanied by parent or guardian) • Attendees should be present at the venue to check in at least 10 minutes in  advance of the tour/event start time. 
• Tickets may be refunded or exchanged at the discretion of management. All  tickets will be offered subject to availability at the time of booking. 
• If an event is cancelled we will notify you by email and offer you a full refund or  an option to reschedule your booking. Refunds may take up to 5 days to show in  your account. 
• Management reserve the right to refuse admission, even when tickets have been  purchased. 
• Latecomers will only be admitted at the discretion of Windmill Lane Recording  staff and at an appropriate interval. 
• Management accepts no responsibility for possessions lost or stolen on the  premises. 
• Unless otherwise indicated, all graphics, logos and commercial markings are  registered trademarks. You may not use, copy, reproduce, republish, upload,  post, transmit, distribute or modify any Trademark in any way, including in  advertising or publicity pertaining to or distribution of materials, without prior written consent. 
• Management reserve the right to make changes to these Terms & Conditions at  any time without prior notice. 

Artist Pass & VIP Experiences: 

In the absence of an existing service contract with Windmill Lane Recording Studios the  following T&C’s will apply, unless otherwise agreed: 

• Minimum age: 12 years (All minors to be accompanied by parent or guardian) Minimum group number Artist Pass: 14. Maximum group size is 110. 
• Minimum group number VIP Experiences: 20 Maximum group size is 60.
• Provisional bookings can only be held for 14 days. 
• Deposits (50% of booking total) due upon booking. We cannot guarantee your booking until deposit is received. 
• Deposit is non-refundable on cancellations made less than 14 working days prior to  booking.
• If booking a VIP Experience, band/artist costs must be paid in full no less than 14 days prior to the event and are non-refundable. 
• Group sizes to be confirmed no later than 5 working days before event. No changes to be made after this time, unless otherwise agreed. 
• If guests arrive more than 20 minutes later than the booked time, a late fee will be  charged/booking may be cancelled. 
• Windmill Lane Recording Studios is not responsible for archiving /backup of any files  or recordings once transferred to client.
